Our townhouse spans three floors plus a large private rooftop. The first floor features two very spacious rooms, currently set up as home offices. One office includes a sleeper sofa, and the other could easily accommodate a queen-size bed. These rooms share a full bathroom. The second floor offers an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, with access to a large balcony furnished with a table that seats eight people—perfect for outdoor meals. The third floor includes the main bedroom and en-suite bathroom; the bedroom is generously sized and comfortable. All floors are filled with natural light and overlook surrounding trees. The fourth floor boasts a huge, very private rooftop with beautiful views. It is very nice to see the sunset in the summer. We are flexible on dates and other terms. Mostly want someone to look after the house while we travel.
