I’m a UVA faculty member and lived in this house happily for six years. The details can be found in the description but what made us fall in love with the house were upgrades by previous owners, creating a lovely dining room, a kitchen with a view over the sink and through the sunroom to the spacious back yard. This house is located next to major transportation arteries, local schools, and one of Charlottesville’s newest shopping areas, The Shops at Stonefield.
