This is a comfortable 3-bedroom semi-detached home located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room available is a spacious and bright double room, furnished with a mattress, bedside table, blackout curtains, & a large fitted wardrobe. The modern bathroom includes a shower, sink, and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and everything needed for cooking. The No. 15 bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away and runs 24 hours a day, providing direct access to the city centre, colleges, and key business districts in under 30 minutes. Tallaght is approximately 25 minutes by bus, and the M50 is also easily accessible, making travel around Dublin straightforward. You will also have your own shelf in the cupboard and fridge. The house has two comfortable sitting rooms with sofas and a TV with Netflix and Sky TV. There is on-street parking available if you have a car, and the house has strong Wi-Fi throughout. My husband and I travel quite a lot for work, so there will be periods where you will have the house largely to yourselves. Because of this, we are looking for responsible, respectful tenants who will treat the home with care while we are away.
