I'm offering a room with a double bed, comfortable mattress, bed sheets, towels, and up to 4 pillows. The room has a desk with a large monitor screen and HDMI cable, plus storage space. There's a dedicated toilet with bath right in front of the room. The living room connects to the kitchen, which has what you need for cooking, with space in the fridge and cupboards for your shopping. The flat has a balcony, and windows frame views across the area, with sunsets putting on regular shows. The building has a supermarket downstairs and bike storage at the car park. There's a 24-hour concierge in the building opposite—we're both part of the same housing complex, so the concierge is there if needed. We're next to Hackney Marshes with green spaces and canal paths for walks or runs. Hackney Wick is close by with restaurants, bars, and music venues. Homerton and Hackney Wick stations are 15 minutes away, with buses to Stratford for connections across London. I work in energy and climate adaptation at UCL, and I'm at the living room desk when working from home. I like quiet evenings but also have friends over sometimes.
