Welcome to our home! My son and I are both going to be studying overseas from September 2026 and I'd love someone to enjoy and look after the space while we're away. The flat is spacious with a bright south-facing living room with sliding doors onto a small balcony. In there, you'll find a sofa and easy chair, TV, small desk, a piano and thousands of books. The largest bedroom has a double bed and bedside table, a small desk, a clothes stand and a large bookcase (which I can empty if required). The second bedroom has a double bed with bedside table, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. There's also a full bathroom (shower over bath), a second toilet, and a large kitchen diner with space at the table for four to six. The flat is in a friendly gated community with an onsite gym (free for guests) and a concierge to sign for parcels, etc.
