This is a warm, light-filled space with tall ceilings, big windows, and everything you need to settle in — whether you're here for a weekend, a semester, or something in between. The apartment includes: - Two bedrooms: one king bed, two full-size beds - Living room and dining area - Full kitchen - Full bath with shower - original wood floors and new carpeting in one bedroom - Washer/dryer in basement - Private entrance from the side porch - Street parking The neighborhood: You're steps from Cafe Lamont, Kamrai Thai and Sushi, the Wellness Center, and the Gallery Shop — and just a block from the CATAbus to campus (an 8-min ride) or Beaver Stadium. From June through August, Lemont's Concerts on the Green are close enough to hear from the side porch and you're just a stroll from the trailhead to Mt. Nittany. We're a ten minute drive to Boal City Brewing and even less to several grocery stores and restaurants. A note on Fall 2026: Penn State hosts three home games in September. We're looking for a guest who'd like to bundle those into a one-month rental — a great option for a family or group that wants a home base for the season rather than scrambling for hotels. This apartment is a good fit for: Visiting faculty or researchers, families coming to see the university or explore Happy Valley, and anyone in need of transitional housing during a move to the area.
