I am looking for responsible renters who appreciate beauty and atmosphere, and who will be able to enjoy the house and the surroundings. I have an English degree and a vast collection of books. There are three bookstores within walking distance if that interests you (including a branch of Powell’s). There is an air conditioner upstairs and the walls are insulated.
