I now live five miles away with my partner and work in real estate, so I'm very hands on and prompt with any house needs or issues. I really love the neighborhood, the neighbors all look out for each other and I got very lucky with the owners downstairs - super friendly and respectful. Easy access to the highway for access both North and South, well-positioned for a variety of locations.
