Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full and newly renovated bathrooms, a renovated kitchen with new appliances, along with a comfortable living area, cozy fireplace, sunroom, and a fantastic backyard with lemon and orange trees, beautiful cacti landscaping, a vegetable garden, an outdoor grill, and beautiful greenery—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Our laundry room also doubles as a small workout space with a Peloton bike and weights. We have a young child and have found this to be a perfect house for kids. We are happy to leave many children's toys in the house. Our neighborhood is safe and has friendly and kind neighbors, and our location is incredibly convenient: about 12 minutes to downtown Phoenix and the airport, and roughly 20 minutes to Tempe. Several neighborhood schools are nearby, and everything you need is within a 10-minute walk or drive, including a great strip of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and fitness studios on 7th Street. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are about a 7-minute drive away. Numerous hiking trails (including Piestawa Peak) are a 10-15 minute drive away, and the Arizona Canal Trail (70 miles and great for biking) and Granada Park are a 5-minute drive away.
