I'm looking for a responsible, respectful, and tidy tenant who will treat my home with care. This space is ideal for a visiting professor, researcher, or postdoctoral fellow coming to work or study at one of the nearby institutions — Perimeter Institute, CIGI, University of Waterloo, or Wilfrid Laurier University — all within walking distance. The unit is quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished to support rest, work, and ease. I’ve designed the space to feel like a true home, not just a temporary rental, and I’d love to host someone who values that intention. This condo is best suited to a single professional or a couple. It’s not appropriate for families with young children, and I do ask that no subletting take place. Occasional guests are welcome. I appreciate open communication and am happy to answer questions, share more photos, or help ensure that this is a great fit on both sides.
