This is a top floor flat in a listed building and you would be a lodger with myself when I am in the flat with my partner and small dog. The flat has separate kitchen, dining and lounge area with a nice spacious bedroom (with writing desk) and bathroom. Period sash windows that allow plenty of light into the room. Strong WiFi connection, utilities included with Nespresso machine for your morning coffee, and TV access (Netflix, Prime, Disney). The flat is cosy, quiet and ideally placed for writing while being two blocks away from the seafront for an easy walk/run to clear your mind. Local universities (Brighton and Sussex) are around 20-25 mins away (by bus) the flat is ideally located in central Hove with an easy walk to the centre of Brighton, with cafes and restaurants on your back doorstep. Supermarkets less than a 2-minute walk. The central Brighton train station is a 20-25 min walk away and it will take 30 mins to get to London Gatwick Airport, or 1 hour 15 mins to get into Central London (by train).
