The neighborhood is great. We’ve lived in Bed Stuy as a family with a young child for five years and love it. Nearby are great parks (especially Herbert Von King and Saratoga Park), cafés and restaurants—including many on the avenue intersecting our street—and 2 supermarkets. The whole apartment is available from September 1 to March 1, with some flexibility around dates. Extending through the end of the spring semester (June) may be possible.
