Description
We're a retired couple who love the outdoors and travel, as well as cultural venues. We strive to continue learning and exploring and staying fit. Our Boise home is close to all of that and more. The thriving downtown has fine dining, music, theaters, and a hopping bar scene. BSU is a short walk or bikeride on the Greenbelt. We provide 2 bikes and a possible car. Bocce ball, tennis, and pickleball courts are in nearby parks. An elementary school is just blocks away. The Morrison Center, the Old Pen, and Warm Springs Blvd are close too.

Comments: Our home is on the end of a dead end street, which makes it quiet and safe. The beautiful Greenbelt and Boise River are a block away. We can often include a car. Our 3rd bedroom serves as an office and/or bedroom. BSU is a 20 minute walk away .

Comments: We are a retired couple who live travel. We also have a winter home in La Quinta, CA. We golf, bike, walk, and kayak whenever we get the chance. Soccer ball and tennis/pickleball courts are in the nearby parks. Our large deck has a BBQ and firepit.

Comments: The home has French doors to all 3 bedrooms for easy access. The open concept and large windows overlooking the deck and backyard give an indoor/outdoor feel. One bedroom has a Murphy bed and could be used as an art or music studio.

Comments: Our home is close to several parks, restaurants, and Boises vibrant downtown. Boise's mild year round climate offers 4 seasons without bitter cold. Skiing is an hour away at Bogus Basin. The historic Warm Springs Blvd is 2 blocks away.
