Luxurious Gothic Bedroom in Historic 1938 Home

I am offering a room in my 1938 Irvington home. I have lived here 15 years. My family moved away so I have extra bedrooms ready to rent. I wanted to express my decorating skills so I set up the room to be a dark and spooky gothic bedroom. There is a velvet bed with new luxurious purple velvet bedding, a fur rug, taxidermy and victorian furniture. There is a small half bathroom upstairs to use and shower downstairs. I live in the finished basement and mostly just use the kitchen. The living room and dining room sit empty most days and are a great place for a tenant to enjoy. We also have a beautiful backyard that I've meticulously gardened in for years. Please note I do have two cats. They are not allowed in rooms in the house, just the kitchen and hallway for cleanliness. My person interests are literature, music, history, cooking and French culture.
