Comments: This is our home. It is a currently a no pet (wood floors throughout), no smoking household. We are looking for someone or a family that will treat it as their own.

The summer can be dry. We would appreciate it if the garden plants were watered as needed. There is a hose in the garden and also on the third floor balcony.

Comments: This is our loving home and can be yours while we are away. Ideally it would be occupied for the whole summer. While we are slightly flexible we are bound to be back in Baltimore for the academic year starting in September.
