The area is easily walkable and bikable, with many neighbors who commute to Cornell by bike in the warmer months. The home is also family-friendly, with past renters particularly raving about the GIAC public swimming pool, located 3 blocks away, as an affordable activity for children in the summer. Our home has received over 70 reviews and has a rating of 4.82 stars and the label of "Guest Favorite" on Airbnb over the past two years. We are now looking to rent the property for longer-term stays like with Sabbaticals.

Comments: 7 blocks away from the main bus stops to Cornell campus, a 10 min drive; 14 min drive to Ithaca College. ~30 min walk up to Cornell. A quiet street and a centrally located home in the heart of Ithaca with easy walking access to the rest of the city.
Comments: Utilities that ARE included are trash, wifi, snow shoveling/lawn maintenance, with all other utilities handled by renter. Cleaning service is included for free (3 hours cleaning/once a month).

Comments: Large storage space in unfinished basement space. Small shed for extra storage in driveway. Driveway space enough for 1 car, otherwise street parking (free and quiet street). 1.5 Bath on property.

Comments: Located a few blocks from Downtown ithaca, this is a well-connected address located on a quiet, safe, family friendly street that encourages walking/biking. Past renters (esp w/ kids) rave about the GIAC public pool 3 blocks away in the warm months.
