This 4BR home is a 5 minute drive to Cornell's campus, a 7 block walk to the main Cornell line bus stop downtown, and an 8 minute drive to Ithaca College. The property is in a safe neighborhood, located a one block away from Ithaca Bakery, walking distance to Gimme Coffee!, Purity Ice Cream, walking trails along the shore of Cayuga Lake, GIAC public pool, Ithaca Farmers Market, and Wegmans. We are a pet friendly home, and are centrally located near three separate parks within a 1 mile radius. The area is easily walkable and bikable, with many neighbors who commute to Cornell by bike in the warmer months. The home is also family-friendly, with past renters particularly raving about the GIAC public swimming pool, located 3 blocks away, as an affordable activity for children in the summer. Our home has received over 70 reviews and has a rating of 4.82 stars and the label of "Guest Favorite" on Airbnb over the past two years. We are now looking to rent the property for longer-term stays like with Sabbaticals.

Comments: Located a few blocks from Downtown ithaca, this is a well-connected address located on a quiet, safe, family friendly street that encourages walking/biking. Past renters (esp w/ kids) rave about the GIAC public pool 3 blocks away in the warm months.
