Comments: The seven-apartment house was built in 1911 & was fully renovated last year. The flat is surrounded by garden from three sides, it has floor-heating and large windows. All systems & appliances are brand new. The kitchen furniture just arrived.

Comments: Between Schönbrunn and Hetzendorf Palaces, lies the charming Gründerzeit-era neighborhood. With the S-Bahn (5-minute walk) you can reach Vienna's main train station in 8 minutes and Wien Mitte in 15 minutes. Bus 63A and tram 62 are also 5-minutes.
