We are renting our family home for the duration of a professional mobility project. The house is well suited for family life as well as remote work. It includes a dedicated office with two workstations, a playroom that can easily be converted into an additional bedroom, four bedrooms upstairs, and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The house has been fully renovated, is equipped with a heat pump, and benefits from very good insulation, making air conditioning unnecessary even during summer. Several amenities can be made available and are negotiable, including a ping pong table, bicycles, a piano, and home gym equipment. The house is located about fifteen minutes on foot from the Montmorency forest, or five minutes by car, offering easy access to nature while remaining well connected. Public transport is very convenient, with a bus stop one minute from the house providing direct access to Ermont Eaubonne train station. For families with children, there are many possibilities to temporarily enroll them in local activities or even in the nearby school, including for short stays.
