Oxford. Comfortable little house close to historic centre and colleges.

Description

Situated 4 km south of Oxford, this is an ideal quiet space for studying, writing or working in Oxford. A frequent electric bus takes you 10mins into the heart of beautiful, historic city centre and the Oxford University Colleges including Oxford Brookes. You can walk along the river to Oxford or in the ancient Bagley Wood, both are very close by. I'm looking for a guest for Michaelmas term (Sept -Dec 2026), although a few weeks either side can be negotiated. I live in the house next door, and you can have as much or as little interaction as you want, although we are often away. Ideally I am looking for 1 person but partners can be accommodated. All bills are included. Wifi is good and a printer is available. Central Oxford is noisy, and previous guests comment how quiet, peaceful and convenient the location is for all the libraries and colleges. It's an hour into London on the frequent trains and buses, with good connections to the airports.
