We are an older gay couple looking for a house swap for one term (9 months) in South Bend, Indiana near University of Notre Dame. We have no pets and will provide our own car. We are experienced property managers who have managed apartment buildings and operated Airbnbs so we know how to take care of your home. Our Scottsdale home has been rented as an Airbnb (30-day minimums) and has a 4.88 (out of 5) satisfaction rating. We are confident you will be comfortable there and you will have the added bonus of avoiding a midwestern winter in exchange for summer-like weather during your stay.
