Fully furnished 3 bedroom rowhome in Fishtown, ideal for a family with kids but could also work for one or two people. The first floor is an open plan with a fully stocked kitchen and pantry, dining room with a gas fireplace and living room with a piano and a big TV. There is also a half bathroom and coat closet. The back door opens to a private parking spot and a small garden with a plum tree, raspberry bushes and other plants. The second floor has two bedrooms with queen beds, spacious closets. One of the bedrooms includes a small balcony. There is a full bathroom on that floor and the washer/drier units. The third floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is a door that opens to the deck, which has a staircase to the rooftop. The house has a finished basement with a full bathroom. Since we have two kids, the house is mostly baby proof, we probably have everything that a baby or a toddler might need. It's a very spacious very new house. We are hoping to rent it to somebody that wants to enjoy it for a full academic year, but we are very flexible with move in and move out dates. We are in the lively and very safe neighborhood of Fishtown. From our place, you can walk to restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, playgrounds, parks and schools. There is a subway stop 5 minutes away which will take you to Old City, Center City, University City or 30th Station in 15-20 minutes. We are also very close to the main highways that connect with a lot of Colleges and Universities, I95 and I76. The house is a part of an HOA with very friendly neighbors, many with young kids, and a shared driveway.

Comments: We are in the heart of Philadelphia, in a walkable neighborhood full of life, restaurants, coffee shops, playgrounds, schools... The closest subway stop is 5 a five minute walk. We are also close to I95 (5 minute drive) and I76 (10 minute drive).
