Luxury 2-bed apartment in elegant Parisien neighbourhood with hamman shower

I’m an Irish woman living in Paris, and I will need to travel for minimum one month, maximum two months during the Spring/Summer months (2026). I’ve spent 20+ years working with the United Nations in international development. I would love to sublet my apartment to someone (or a couple) who will genuinely enjoy living in a beautiful, calm Parisian base and who will treat the space with care. The ideal fit is an easy-going, responsible person who will be considerate with neighbours, and who is looking for a beautiful, comfortable home with all the modcons. If you’re in Paris for a sabbatical, a professional assignment, research/writing time, or a longer cultural stay, this could be a great match. The location is one of my favourite things about the apartment: Boulevard de la Tour Maubourg, close to Les Invalides (Napolean’s tomb is directly across the road), Eiffel Tower, and the banks of the River Seine in the elegant and very walkable 7th arrondissement. It’s a wonderfully “real Paris” neighbourhood - safe, cultural, and peaceful - with excellent cafés, bakeries, markets, museums, and transport connections close by. E-bikes are parked outside the building. The layout of the apartment includes an entrance gallery with wardrobe, a living room facing the street with a dining area and TV (Netflix, Canal+, HBO, Prime Video), and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, hybrid oven, dishwasher, cooktop, range hood—quality appliances throughout). WiFi is strong. There is same-day delivery from Amazon/Monoprix if needed. The street level windows have one-way window coverage. There are two bedrooms (one overlooking the courtyard), a dressing room, a bathroom with bathtub and a whirlpool shower/steam room, plus a washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate WC.
