Sunny, quiet and spacious apartment close to the city centre

This apartment is located next to Madrid Río, one of the city’s major green areas, where you can enjoy gardens and open spaces for sports. It is very well connected to the city centre and to libraries such as the National Library, thanks to the “Marqués de Vadillo” metro station, only about 500 metres (approximately 11 minutes on foot). The neighbourhood is lively and pleasant, with many shops, supermarkets (one right in front of the building and another 50 metres away), as well as a shopping centre. There is also a bus stop right outside the building that takes you to Plaza Mayor in around 10 minutes. In any case, a pleasant 35-minute walk will bring you to Puerta del Sol, Atocha train station, and the Prado Museum. It is a 100 m² apartment with three bedrooms (one of which I use as a storage room when the entire flat is rented). The two main bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms with shower and a double bed (king size bed). One bedroom faces the main street but has double-glazed windows that ensure quiet, and the other overlooks a spacious inner courtyard. The living room is very large, with a dining table for up to eight people. It includes a comfortable chaise-longue sofa and a TV with access to Netflix and other streaming platforms. The flat is very bright and also remarkably quiet. The kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and ceramic hob, was completely renovated just one month ago, as were both bathrooms, so everything is in excellent condition. This is my main residence, which I rent while I am away for research stays abroad, therefore I kindly ask that it be treated with great care. The entire apartment has central heating, and it is located on the fourth floor of a building with a full-time concierge who keeps everything clean and in good order. During periods when I am not travelling, it may also be possible to rent the guest bedroom
