This charming 3 bedroom bungalow is centrally located on a quiet residential street across from the Fine Arts Work Center. A small yard and young garden make it complete. Minutes to the solitude and beauty of the Cape Cod National Seashore. A great spot for writing and researching all year, but especially in the off-season months. Seeking quiet, responsible adult(s) to share our beautiful house in the Cape Cod off-season. One or two bedrooms are available. Owners (a playwright and a technologist) may occasionally be at the house and will always provide notice for in advance. Outside of the summer months, you likely will have the house entirely to yourself.
