Hello! I'm a final-year PhD student and teaching assistant at University College London, researching sustainable resources. I'm looking for one flatmate to share my peaceful home — whether you're a visiting academic, researcher, or simply someone spending time in London who appreciates a calm living environment. The room is cosy and comfortable, and I can arrange a desk if you need a workspace in your room. There's also a desk with a monitor available in the living room if you prefer working there. You'll have your own private toilet in the hallway — I have an ensuite, so you won't need to share. The house is in South East London, well-connected and convenient for anyone studying or working in the city. London Bridge station is just ten minutes away, and from there you can reach King's Cross in around thirty minutes total — handy for the British Library, UAL, UCL, and other central London universities. I spend most of my days on campus and tend to be home mainly in the evenings, so I'd suit someone with a similar rhythm or who simply enjoys their own space. The house is quiet and tidy, and I'd like to keep it that way — this isn't the right fit for parties or large gatherings, but if you value a peaceful, respectful home environment, you'd be very welcome here.
