Description
Our house would be perfect for summer visitors to the University of Arizona. The house has solar power, efficient air conditioning and is in a popular, quiet neighborhood for families just east of campus. It features cement floors, granite countertops, architect design and a large high-ceilinged living/dining space. Two bedrooms share a bath upstairs and the master bedroom is downstairs next to a study. A central 3-sided courtyard separates the bedroom wing from the living/dining great room. The raised deck out the back door is perfect for outdoor dinners and breakfasts, and a gas grill is convenient for grilling.

The yard plants are connected to an irrigation system - we only request that visible leaks are reported to our landscaper. House plants should be watered once weekly.

Comments: Abundant street parking. The house is on a quiet street in a popular University neighborhood. There are many walkers, runners, bicyclists early and late in the days of summer. The southeast corner of UA campus is a 5 minute walk away.
