Looking for a tenant for my own apartment for this summer

Hello, I am going abroad for fielwork this summer for at least 1 month and a half (maybe a bit more until beggining of Septembre), so I'm looking for someone trustable to rent my place during that period. The apartement is 40m2, and really bright, cosy, quiet and fresh during summer. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large desk ; a living room (the coach can be a bed) with books and comics that you can read ; a nice kitchen with everything you'll need ; a bathroom and WC apart. It's located in the City center of Ivry which is a nice town with theatre, cave à vin, cinema, shops, bars, a great bookstore right in front of my apartment, a swimming pool, a basic fit etc. It is moreover 20minutes walking to Paris, and 2minutes walking to the Metro line 7 "Mairie d'Ivry" and 8minutes to the RER C "Ivry-sur-seine" I work at Campus ENS-Jourdan which I go bicycling, but there is also the subway (metro line 7, 2 minutes walking), the RER C (6 minutes walking) and the tramway (15 minutes walking)! The best would be to stay at least 3 weekds within the period of my leave, and preferably all long! Contact me if you're interested. Aël
