Architect’s Light-Filled Home

Fully remodeled home of two architects. All new windows with a ton of daylight. Great for a family, especially if you're seeking an elementary school - an amazing one just a short walk. We are close enough to downtown and Central Campus to walk or ride a bike. Pictures should do a good job showing what our house offers. There's a hot tub in the backyard, if you're interested. It makes the Michigan winter's much more enjoyable! We back up to a park which provides lots of privacy in the backyard. There's also a TV room and guest room in a finished basement, not shown in the pictures. There's a separate rental unit on the property, which is connected to the garage, but not the main house. They have their own entrance and you barely know they're there. We designed and built an Accessory Dwelling Unit a few years back. We're both academics and will be on sabbatical next school year.
