It’s just a short walk to Cynwyd Elementary and Bala Middle School, and only a few blocks from the Cynwyd Heritage Trail—perfect for running, walking, and biking. The house is also close to Cynwyd Station and within easy reach of Merion Station and the R5 line for quick access to Center City. The home features 4 bedrooms, 2 dedicated offices, a modern kitchen, and many light-filled living and working spaces. There’s also a semi-finished basement with a recreation area, plus a backyard with two patios—ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
