Comments: The home is on a side of a hill to make most of the views and is on three levels. Both bathrooms are spacious but only have a walk in shower no bath available. The house has plenty of skylights and windows to make most of the views and light.

Comments: The property is near the top of the ridge in Hataitai / Roseneath just below Mt Victoria Lookout with panoramic views south over Evans Bay, Lyall Bay and Cook Strait. A bus runs along Alexandra Road down to CBD ont the Wellington Railway station.
