Offering our Missoula home for a Paris apartment in the 5th or 6th

We are a social, retired professional couple who want to finally learn French fluently. We would like a gracious apartment to entertain, to have visitors to stay for short periods (our adult children), and to have the amenities we will need to be comfortable: dishwasher, washer, (dryer), king or queen sized bed in master, queen or double in guest bedroom. We would like a clean and modern bathroom and kitchen with the usual equipment to entertain. I prefer gas stoves, but electric 4 burner and oven is fine. An office to do our school homework would be helpful or at least one or two spaces to setup computers. High speed internet is essential. Since we are in our 70s, but healthy and physically active, we prefer either ground or first floor or an elevator. We would prefer to be within easy walking distance of a metro, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, grocery stores and walking to or easy metro/bus to Alliance Française near the Luxembourg Gardens, but don’t want to be on a noisy street. A balcony, patio or outside access to a garden is a plus, as are views.
