Millstream Manor has a lovely 2,000-square-foot floor plan with a patio to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of Langford, along with a bonus view of the famous Trans-Canada Highway. The open-concept kitchen lets you chat and prepare your favorites. There are stainless appliances and high-end finishing throughout. There is a BBQ and a fire pit for your own use. Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle. Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $850 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $200.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.
