This fully furnished and spacious one bedroom suite includes hydro, heat, water, city services, grounds care. High speed WiFi is shared by two suites (gaming not supported) and the flat screen TV can be used with your Netflix, Primte, Knowledge Network, etc. Peaceful, walkable central location on a pedestrian-priority greenway 10-20 ins walk to ) shopping, dining, live theatre and public transport in three directions. One parking space is available; 7-10 minute level walk to UVIC#4 bus. Well-designed layout offers surprising spaciousness in an ground level suite: ample windows and light. Antique iron & brass double bed. The common laundry room is generally shared with one other suite *for use by residents only*. THe suite above is occupied by Francophone k-12 educators, long time residents. We regret that allergies prevent accepting pets or smoking of any kind. Available ongoing (or for 90+ nights per provincial regulations). Please let us know your preferred occupancy term (or if proposing a shorter stay of 90+ days, your date of arrival and departure); the number of people/relationship; confirm no pets / smoking and ask any questions you may have. Two other term suites may be available, please ask. We aim to be flexible to meet needs however regulations complicate timing for grad students, locum stays, travel nurses, etc. So, firm start-end dates are critical for stays that are not agreed as ongoing. For all rentals, we welcome your application with landlord & financial references as provided for under the BC Residential Tenancy Act. It is very important that our residents are positive additions to the neighbourhood for the duration of their stay.
