The house is an oasis of peace in the midst of alpine forest with stunning mountain views. It features a big terrace and garden. The property is South-facing and gets plenty of sunshine. It's a wonderful place to combine work and relaxation. Despite being in a fairly remote location, it is only 10 minutes by bus or car from the major Swiss ski resort Flims-Laax that has plenty of touristic amenities. There is a bus stop 5 minutes from the house that takes you directly to Flims or Chur. The house also has a private garage box that you can use. From the garage to the house is a 5 minutes walk uphill, requiring some fitness to carry luggage, groceries etc. The house itself is cozy but spacious. It has two floors with three bedrooms, living room (with large fireplace), office space, functional kitchen, bathroom and two toilets. There is good internet connection. The surroundings offer plenty of outdoor activities and inspiration. Beautiful mountain lake Crestasee is only a 10 minutes walk. The Rhine gorge ("Swiss Grand Canyon") can be reached in one hour walking. Flims-Laax mountain resort (reachable by bus or car in 10 minutes) offers plenty of cablecars, skiing slopes, hiking paths, mountainbiking, etc.
