It has been recently renovated and features 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a large patio with a lemon tree and an outdoor kitchen with a traditional paella oven, ideal for outdoor dining. All-new appliances include a Bosch washer-dryer and a Bosch dishwasher, AC and heating in each bedroom and the living room, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Located in the historic centre of Carcaixent, the house is a 5-minute walk from the train station, with frequent trains to Valencia city. There is free street parking in the neighbourhood. Grocery stores, pharmacies, a traditional daily market and many wonderful bars and restaurants--including the Michelin-starred Origen--are within a 5-minute walk. The beautiful beaches of Cullera and Tavernes de la Valldigna are a 25 minute drive away, and the historic towns of Alzira and Xativa are close by. I am a Canadian art curator and art historian, married to a Spanish graphic designer. This is our cherished home for the part of the year and we rent it out for stays of 1-4 months when we are away.
