Rent is $1,300/month, all utilities, Wi-Fi, and monthly cleaning of shared spaces included. The house is in a quiet neighborhood about a 15-minute walk to the Hyattsville Crossing Metro, with easy access to DC, the University of Maryland, and several hospitals. You’ll share the kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry with me (a respectful, professional housemate), but you’ll have plenty of privacy in your own space. I work from home one day a week - the entirety of the home is all yours while I'm gone, and you'll have access to the shared workspace 4 days/week. 🐾 I occasionally board dogs in my home — they’re sweet and well cared for, but it does mean you’ll need to be comfortable in a pet-friendly environment. I also have a plant addiction that shows no signs of abating. I’d love to welcome a grad student, visiting scholar, or traveling professional who’s looking for a furnished, all-inclusive place for a finite time (3–9 months).
