Description
My apartment is bright, large and charming. It's located in a trendy neighbourhood - Anjos - steps away from the subway's Green Line and multiple bus and tram stops. The place is ideal to spend a period of vacation or remote working. It includes three bedrooms, a sitting room with a large sofa bed, a kitchen, a veranda in the master bedroom, and a balcony. All appliances (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher) are brand-new as well as the AC system. The whole apartment works very well for one or two couples or a family that needs multiple beds. Prices essentially depend on the number of guests who stay in the apartment and on the length of a stay. There is an office room with a desk that is ideal for remote workers. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. The living space has a 50' smart TV.

Comments: The apartment was built in the 1930s and still preserves that character and charm. It's been carefully furnished and is equipped with new appliances and an AC system that works well in both the summer and winter seasons.
