Respectfulness: The tenant must agree to adhere strictly to all lease terms, including rules regarding noise, property use (e.g., no unauthorized pets or smoking), and maintaining the property's cleanliness and upkeep. Communication: A willingness to communicate proactively regarding any maintenance needs or issues is highly valued.
