The third floor in-law unit has one bathroom, one bedroom with Queen bed, and another front sitting room with a TV, table, and full Serta sleeper couch. It also has a small kitchenette with microwave, 3/4 fridge, hot plate, stand alone freezer, convection oven and little coffee maker. There is no sink in the third floor kitchenette, but dishes can be washed in bathroom sink. This is not a great apartment for those who love to cook but it is ideal for those who wish to access JP's thriving take out establishments. It is also great for storing and microwaving prepared meals. The house has a seating area in the back yard with gas grill. The rental comes with one off-street parking spot but street parking is accessible and free, no permit needed. House is two blocks to Arnold Arboretum. Decor more shabby sheik than hotel minimum. Old house with creaks and quirks. Artistic flare. Eve Shower in third floor bathroom may be challenging for the very tall.

Comments: The in-law apartment has its own separate entrance. It is cozy and funky--in the eves of a hundred year old victorian house. The back bedroom is self contained--the front room and kitchenette are separate spaces.
