Our downstairs suite with high ceilings and wide windows providing lots of natural light is available for professionals visiting our beautiful city of Vancouver while our twin daughters are away at university, My husband and I work and live upstairs. The space is furnished with everything you need to sleep comfortably, watch streaming services, cook, eat and entertain. The floors have radiant heating, , the bathroom is fitted with soaker tub and shower, and there is a private laundry room and ample space for storage. We welcome our guests with small pets, free parking is easy out front of the house with private entrance to the space. The neighbourhood of Hastings Sunrise offers excellent shopping, coffee, restaurants and local bars and entertainment all within walking distance. Close by is the bike path with access to downtown, and public transit is also steps away. Should you wish to explore Vancouver's beautiful North Shore with close access to hiking, swimming, skiing and boating it is all convenient from our location. We are a short drive to downtown as well and our neighbourhood is safe, quiet and friendly.
