I am looking for a short-to-mid term renter (or renters) who will enjoy living in the space and taking advantage of Houston from its central location where universities, museums, restaurants, parks, and the performing arts are all directly accessible. The home and neighborhood are very calm and walkable compared to most of Houston, with a great park (Baldwin Park), a dog park, a great wine bar (13 celsius), and the historic Houston Community College around the corner. The Red Line train is a 10-12 minute walk which will get you to Rice and the Med Center as well as downtown (with the amazing Opera, ballet, and theatre) within 20 minutes.
