We’re a professional couple who own and live in a spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in North Cambridge. We’re looking for a responsible, clean, and considerate male tenant to rent a private furnished bedroom. The room will be available starting June 6, 2026, at $1,600 per month, inclusive of all utilities — no extra bills for heat, electricity, water, or internet. The lease is preferably three months or longer, but month-to-month can be arranged for someone seeking flexibility and convenience. Our home is located on Sherman Street, a quiet and safe residential area with easy access to everything Cambridge has to offer. Commuting is simple whether you take public transit, drive, or bike. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and a short ride to the Red Line at Alewife, Porter, or Davis Square. Drivers will appreciate quick access to Routes 2 and 3, making travel to neighboring towns or into Boston effortless. For students or professionals, the location is ideal.
