I am looking for a young family, couple or professionals who need to be in Moscow for Spring semester 2026. The house is available from December 15, 2026 - May 7th, 2025. With three bedrooms it is ideal for professors, graduate students or professionals to rent the house. A small family of four has also worked very well. In the past I have rented it for family reunions, vacations, weddings, funerals, graduations and workshops. This is the first year that I am making it available as a short term rental so it can be a real blessing for people who are looking for that in Moscow. It is completely unique and there is nothing else in town as nice for the price and location.

Comments: Newly built in 2011, sunny with luxurious bedding and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with every thing a kitchen might need. Fridge stove and two ovens as well as Coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, crock pot, blender.

Comments: Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the price of the home. Everyone who has stayed here over the past ten years loves it. I’ve been renting it for weekends and am now renting it for longer stays.
