Peaceful, family-friendly home in urban Atlanta

Looking for short-term renters for our home in the heart of Atlanta! We live on a tree-filled residential block with friendly neighbors all around. Our location east of downtown is proximate to downtown, Midtown, Decatur, and everywhere in between. There's a wide variety of restaurants—from casual to more upscale—in walking distance (including a local bagel shop!). A couple of coffee shops and a nearby playground are walkable, too. We're in walking distance from East Atlanta Village and the Beltline, on which you can see the rest of the city by foot, bike, or scooter. We have a master bedroom with private bath, a kids room with two bunk beds, and a queen bed in the cozy, refinished attic. Our kitchen has new appliances and everything you need for cooking! The sun room offers a desk and tucked-away place for working or reading. There is a small desk built into the bookshelves in the living room, and another upstairs in an attic window nook.
