I have been lovingly caring for this fourplex for 14 years. When my wife and I purchased this property in 2011, we decided to invest our time and energy to restore this historic property while maintaining the charm of this Tucson gem. Each of the private casitas has its own entrance and reserved off street parking space while sharing the large outdoor private common areas (outdoor dining area, chaise lounges, firepit) with fellow guests. The attention to detail that showcases the Sonoran Desert is visible throughout the property. It is a perfect sanctuary to enjoy in a warm sunny afternoon or a star-filled Arizona evening. We have taken our time to provide contemporary touches in furniture and linens to make your stay memorable and comfortable. In addition to your own casita, there is a basement studio with complimentary laundry facilities and an additional remote work space complete with high speed wifi.
