I offer 28-day minimum stays in this rental property, which is near over 45 colleges in the Greater Philadelphia area. St Joseph's University is closest. It is only a 15-minute train ride from the property to Philadelphia (Temple University) / University City (University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University). The other direction on the SEPTA train passes by Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, and Villanova University amongst others such as Rosemont College. It is commutable to other campuses such as Eastern, Penn State Abbington, Rutgers-Camden, Arcadia, La Salle, Jefferson, Philadelphia University, Widener, West Chester, Chestnut Hill, Harcum, Valley Forge Military Academy and many more. I have occasionally taken the train or driven to New York, Wilmington (Delaware), Baltimore (Maryland) and even Washington DC for morning research seminars and returned in time for late afternoon lectures. First-floor 3BR/2BA duplex apartment in Narberth. Three lovely king bedrooms and two bathrooms equipped (shower, bathtub, hair dryer), plus three additional sleeping spaces: two living rooms with queen sofa sleeper beds and an office with another sofa sleeper queen bed. Location: walkable to the Narberth train station (SEPTA/Regional Rail) with many nearby colleges; a 20-minute drive to the King of Prussia Mall and Valley Forge National Park. Near the heart of town yet with the quiet appeal of a private yard in the suburbs. Fun & relaxation: your private basement gym, games room (ping-pong and fussball), board games, and a gated yard with a Cinderella carriage.
