The house is newly renovated, light-filled space, two bedrooms, one bath, large fully equipped kitchen, and a beautifully landscaped front and back yard, with an outdoor deck in the back and a seating area in the yard. Both bedrooms have built in closets; we use one of them as an office but it can be used as a bedroom. An additional studio unit in the back is not included in the rent and will remain for our occational stays. The house is fully furnished, has a new heating and cooling system, two TVs, washer-dryer, heated floor in the bathroom, an automatic irrigation system for the yard, and an outlet for EV fast charging.
