I am a retired physicist (Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research in Stuttgart, Germany and Wake Forest University in North Carolina, USA). I bought this apartment for myself when my son and his family are coming to Munich. But this might take some years. In the meanwhile I plan to rent this apartment to post-docs, professors or artists who want to spend some time in Munich.
