Cosy family flat in a great location in Frankfurt

Because we are spending a year abroad, we are renting out our large family flat in the west of Frankfurt. We definitely don't want to give it up because it's really great! In addition to four bedrooms, the flat has two bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen, and a small garden (50 m²). It is located on the ground floor in a traffic-calmed zone with many playgrounds and children in the neighbourhood. There is no traffic noise. The nearest parks are within easy reach. The neighbours are helpful and friendly. Because the building is a low-energy house, the flat hardly needs any heating and stays pleasantly cool in summer. ABG is a good rental company and takes care of any repairs quickly. Frankfurt's universities are easy to reach by bike or underground (station is 5 minutes walk away). By car, the nearest motorway junction is only a few minutes away.
