We are a family of 5 from the UK looking to move away for a year in ~ Aug 26. We have a 4 bed family home in Southampton, UK, which we’d like to exchange for the year. The house is close to the city centre and to both of Southampton’s universities. Located to the north of the city, the house is near to Southampton common, excellent schools and local shops. A vibrant high street is a 15 minute walk away. Southampton central train station is a 30min walk away and from here you can get to central London in 1hr 20mins. There is also great access to the New Forest and South Downs national parks. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a bathroom and shower room and a well equipped kitchen. The rear garden is a decent size with a raised pond. There is also a garage for storage. You are welcome to use the car, bikes, and anything in the garage including paddle boards, golf clubs and other kit. The house is a great location for exploring the UK and wider Europe.
